Bahrain-Mubasher: Al Ahlia Insurance said it will hold an ordinary general meeting on March 31, at 11:00 am.
Shareholders will look into the board's recommendation on paying cash dividend at 40% of issued and paid-up capital, or 40 fils per share, totaling BHD 2.44 million.
The company posted a 32.6% decline in net earnings for the fiscal year 2014.
